Processing TIme

Please allow 2 business days for order processing. On occasion, we may need to dye more yarn or fiber to fulfill your order. If this happens, we will message you with an estimated timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we hand-dye your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the US via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. For international orders, please call us at (970) 484-1998 or toll-free: (800) 558-5262.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate ($11.00) for all domestic shipping. Additional fees apply for international orders, which can be taken via phone.

 

Returns and Refunds

We understand that you may sometimes need to return merchandise. Please notify us within 2 weeks of purchase via phone, email, or in-person to initiate a return. If merchandise is still packaged and resalable, we will provide a full refund or store credit upon receipt of merchandise. Any returns not in packaged or resalable state will be handled on a case by case basis.

Hand-Dyed Yarn and Fiber

Our hand-dyed yarns and fibers naturally contain color variations, an enriching quality of the hand-dying process. Though we strive to provide accurate product images, variations may occur with different batches.

Color Rendering

We strive to provide product images which accurately render product color. However, variations in monitors/screens may result in color variation.

Privacy

Lambspun does not sell customer information to third-parties. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. If you become a recipient of our Lambspun Newsletter via the Newsletter sign-up or becoming a Savings Club Member, you can expect to receive no more than 2 emails per month.

Sales Tax

We have a business location in Colorado, thus any orders shipped within the state of Colorado will be charged applicable sales tax.

Gift Wrapping

We are happy to gift wrap your order upon request. Please request gift wrapping in the “Order Notes” field during checkout.

Reset a Password

To reset the password for your account follow the steps below:

  1. From the login/register page select the link “Lost your password?”
  2. Enter the email address for your account and select “Reset Password”
  3. Check the inbox for the email address entered in the previous step, keep in mind that it may take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. The email subject will be “Password Reset Request for Lambspun Fort Collins“
  4. When you receive the email, select the link “Click here to reset your password”
  5. In the following page, enter a new password, confirm the new password, and finally select “Save”
  6. To sign in with the new password, completely close out of any Lambspun webpages before trying to login. This will ensure the password change will take effect. Note: if you have a Lambspun webpage open on another device this will also need to be closed.
